My philosophy
I collect and reassemble scrap materials from foundry work and with innovative welding techniques, which I have learned over the years, I create my own poetic world, usually inspired by the passion I have for nature
Recycle and reuse
in art
The technique used in making the works is very personal. I prefer to use materials that are usually considered waste. For example, casting bibs, metal remnants of the casting romaiuol, preparation castings removed in the finishing of metal pieces, spacer nails extracted from castings.
Storytelling, writing, creating
Fantasies, portraits, visions, dreams, mathematical geometries, randomness, improvisations, precarious balance, resistant chains, white gold blue heavenly.
Unique ones created to be there to fill unimaginative or overly imaginative spaces.
Symbols that eternally fill the days, infinitely complicated essentially simple.
White black gray red purple and more.
Reassuring, worrying, dangerous, magical, but there since the world began.
Perhaps little considered, perhaps too much.
